The present system for licensing drivers with this state is inadequate. I have come up with an alternative method for licensing drivers, what I call: The Top 10 Reasons a Driver's License Should Not Be Issued
10. Only uses turn signals on Christmas Day and New Year's Eve to make "pretty" lights.
9. The height of the pick-up truck exceeds the driver's IQ.
8. Thinks the white and yellow lines on the road are only advisory.
7. "Speed Limits?! We don't need no stinking speed limits!!"
6. Believe that they have the greatest taste in music and make it their mission in life to prove it to everybody driving around them.
5. Thinks if only cutting people off were an Olympic sport they could win a medal.
4. Uses cellular phone during rush hour.
3. Uses bumper stickers to convey their most important and deepest thoughts.
2. Thinks the more expensive the car, the greater right they have to be on the road.
1. Can't explain the concept of "slower traffic keep right."
