Late News

I'm a Waimanalo resident, a very unhappy one. I just received my Waimanalo News in the mail, one day before the end of the month, and one day only to make use of whatever coupons are in the newspaper. It seems like this has been a regular thing. It seems like we get it a few days before the end of the month, or like today, the day before. Is there a good reason for it? If not, I want to stop my prescription. It doesn't make sense.
