Back in the old days, when I used to play records for a living, the reclusive 60's rocker, Donovan came in to town to do a concert in the bandstand behind the Waikiki Shell. Normally, this area is used for the Kodak Hula Show but, one fine day, not too long ago, Mr. D. played a decent little show while everybody got sunburned in the bleachers. Can you sing "Hurdy Gurdy Man"?Better yet, can you remember "Hurdy Gurdy Man"?In this photo, Donovan enjoys a cool refreshing Vodka "screwdriver" before his performance.
